Accessibility statement
This English version is for information only. The Dutch version is legally authoritative. Toegankelijkheidsverklaring
In brief
- We aim for keyboard, screen reader, and contrast usability on the website.
- The Sarphatistraat studio has steps and narrow corridors; see contact for routes.
- Report barriers via [email protected]; we aim to reply within 2 working days.
- Last reviewed 7 October 2026.
1. Commitment
Olivevanta B.V. wants olivevanta.click and our communication about the Amsterdam recording studio to work for as many people as possible, including visitors with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA as a technical reference where feasible.
The European Accessibility Act raises expectations for certain digital services from 2025/2026 onward. As a commercial provider of recording and post-production, we keep reviewing whether our site and materials meet those requirements.
2. Website measures
The layout uses semantic HTML, a skip link to main content, visible focus styles, alt text on studio photos, labelled fields on contact, and a cookie banner operable by keyboard and screen readers. Dutch and English are available from the header.
We do not load external font CDNs that add trackers; typography and scripts are served from olivevanta.click. Text and background colours in main sections are chosen for readable contrast.
3. Known limitations
Despite checks, some parts may still be imperfect:
- Decorative photos on service pages have alt text but not always a long description for very detailed shots.
- Occasional PDFs sent by email after a job may not be fully tagged.
- Any audio examples on the site may lack captions or transcripts.
- The OpenStreetMap link on contact opens a third-party site with its own accessibility.
We prioritise fixes by impact: forms, navigation, and legal pages such as privacy policy and cookie policy before decorative elements.
4. Physical access
We are at Sarphatistraat 72, 1018 GE Amsterdam (Amsterdam-Oost). From Amstel metro (lines 51, 53, and 54) it is about a six-minute walk via Sarphatistraat. Tram 12 or 14 to Sarphatistraat stop, then one minute on foot toward Sarphatistraat 72. There is no lift to the rooms; you pass a doorstep and a narrow hallway. On-street parking is limited.
Tell us ahead via contact or [email protected] if you use a wheelchair, walker, hearing aid, or need other support. We can suggest timing, help with gear, or a setup in the smaller booth (10 m²) where feasible.
5. Feedback
If you hit a barrier on olivevanta.click, email [email protected] with the page URL and a short description. We acknowledge receipt and aim for a substantive reply within 2 working days, including a fix or workaround (for example booking by phone).
If our response is not enough, contact Olivevanta B.V. at 020 244 8619. Consumer dispute information is available on the EU ODR page (ODR); we do not join a separate arbitration board unless agreed in writing.
6. Testing and updates
We periodically test keyboard navigation, 200% zoom, and spot checks with VoiceOver/NVDA. Major layout changes follow the same checklist. This statement was last updated 7 October 2026.
