About us
Since 2020 on the ground floor in Amsterdam East: a focused recording studio where engineers run sessions themselves and rates are public.
Three-room layout
Olivevanta has 3 treated spaces: a 38 m² live room for bands and ensembles (up to 5 players), a 10 m² vocal booth with sight lines to control, and a control room for mix and master work. One iso booth can run in parallel with the live room for overdubs.
We set up each session for what you want to capture — not a generic preset. Service-specific detail is on Services and in our guides.
Gear in brief
We work with 14 mic preamps, a hybrid console and 3 pairs of studio monitors in control and the listening space. Conversion and routing are tuned for live multitrack, booth work and finishing in the same building.

How we book and deliver
Every booking starts with a written quote from our published rates. After acceptance you pay a 25 % deposit; consumers settle the balance on session day, business clients within 21 days on invoice.
Cancel or move free of charge until 5 days before start. Mix jobs include 2 revision rounds; we keep session files for 18 months. Full rules: terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Address and access
Sarphatistraat 72, 1018 GE Amsterdam (Amsterdam-Oost). From Amstel metro (lines 51, 53, and 54) it is about a six-minute walk via Sarphatistraat. Tram 12 or 14 to Sarphatistraat stop, then one minute on foot toward Sarphatistraat 72.
Hours: Monday–Friday 09:30–21:30, Saturday 10:00–17:00. Closed Sunday; evening sessions by appointment. Questions about accessibility or special times? Contact us.
