In brief

  • Site content describes our Amsterdam recording studio; it is not a binding offer.

  • Audio outcomes depend on source material and artistic choices; no guarantee of chart or streaming performance.

  • External links and third-party tools have their own terms.

  • For orders, the terms and conditions and privacy policy apply.

1. Purpose of this site

olivevanta.click presents Olivevanta, a recording studio operated by Olivevanta B.V. at Sarphatistraat 72 in Amsterdam. Descriptions on services, sample prices such as €335 for a half day of Vocal recording, and guide articles help you plan. Only a written quote you accept forms a contract — see article 3 of the terms.

2. Not professional advice

Guides such as podcast edit options or streaming loudness are practical explanations, not legal, tax or medical advice. For copyright, neighbouring rights or label deals, consult a specialist. Engineers give technical and artistic feedback within an order, not a promise of commercial success.

3. Availability

We aim for a stable site but cannot rule out downtime, delays or errors after updates. TransIP B.V. hosts the site; maintenance may limit access temporarily. Liability for pure website outages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

4. External links

Links to third parties (for example OpenStreetMap on contact or authorities) leave olivevanta.click. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy or uptime. See the cookie policy for third-party cookies after consent.

5. Liability for content

Where law allows, we are not liable for decisions based solely on website information, nor for indirect loss (lost revenue, data loss on your systems). For studio work performed, liability follows article 12 and the terms and conditions generally.

6. Changes

We may adjust copy, price indications and images without prior notice. Legal documents show a date; see legal notice. Questions: [email protected] or contact.
