Booking in four steps
- Request. Form, phone or email with project, service and preferred dates.
- Quote. Within 2 working days: slot, room and price.
- Confirmation. A 25 % deposit makes the reservation firm.
- Wrap-up. Balance on session day (consumer) or within 21 days on invoice (business).

Cancellation and rescheduling
More than 5 days before start: cancel or move free of charge. Inside that window our terms and conditions apply (including deposit treatment). In force majeure we find a new date together.
We keep session files and projects for 18 months; mix jobs include 2 revision rounds per track unless the quote states otherwise.
