How we work
At Olivevanta we start with one question: what should listeners hear at the end? Whether you are tracking a single, hosting a podcast or cutting live band takes, we listen first, put a plan on paper and stick to it.
No hidden hours: Services lists every amount incl. and excl. VAT. After you reach out via contact, you receive a proposal and written quote within 2 working days.

Studio on the Amstel since 2020
Our live room is 38 m² — enough for a band up to 5 players, with an iso booth for vocals or solo instruments. In control we use a hybrid desk and 3 pairs of nearfields to double-check mix decisions.
From Amstel metro (lines 51, 53, and 54) it is about a six-minute walk via Sarphatistraat. Tram 12 or 14 to Sarphatistraat stop, then one minute on foot toward Sarphatistraat 72. Hours: Mon–Fri 09:30–21:30, Sat 10–17. More about the team and rooms on About.

How fast do you reply to a request?

What does an hour of vocal recording cost?
The vocal hourly rate is €98 incl. VAT (€80.99 excl.). Half and full days are on Vocal recording and Services.
How many mix revisions are included?
2 revision rounds per track are included. Extra rounds or scope outside the quote are agreed upfront. Read mix revision rounds.
How long do you keep my recordings?
We store session files and projects for 18 months after the last activity, then delete them — keep your own backups.
Can I record in the evening?
Weekdays until 21:30; Saturday until 17:00. Closed Sunday. Evening slots outside regular hours on request — mention it in your contact form.
From what age can I book?
From age 16, with an adult handling contact and payment. See privacy policy for data about minors.
