Booking and quotes
How do I reserve a session?
Use the contact form, call 020 244 8619 or email [email protected]. State the service, rough timing and references. Within 2 working days we send a slot proposal and written quote from our Services rates.
When is my booking firm?
After written acceptance of the quote and receipt of the 25 % deposit. Without deposit we cannot hold the slot for long.
Can I combine services?
Yes — e.g. live tracking plus mix later. We put that in one quote or linked quotes with clear scope per phase. See live recording and mixing.
Can sessions run in English?
Yes. The site is bilingual; sessions can be guided in Dutch or English. Legally authoritative texts are Dutch.
What if my date is not fixed yet?
Give a preferred window in your message. We only block the calendar after deposit; until then we stay flexible within Mon–Fri 09:30–21:30, Sat 10–17.
During the session
How long to record a vocal?
For a three- to four-minute song, plan two to four hours including warm-up and takes. Unprepared material may take longer — see voice care before recording.
How many players fit in the live room?
Up to 5 at once in 38 m², with headphone mixes. Extra guests in control? Discuss via contact first.
Can I bring someone along?
One or two people in control are usually fine. Larger groups need a quick check for safety and sound.
What if we run over time?
Extensions only by agreement and if the next slot allows. Extra time is billed per started half hour at the booked service hourly rate.
Do you supply instruments?
We do not rent backline; bring your own guitars, bass, keys or drums. Headphones and monitoring are in the studio.
Files and delivery
What file format do I get?
Work and delivery are usually 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless your project needs another sample rate. Masters follow mastering and streaming loudness agreements.
How long do you keep sessions?
18 months after the last activity on our storage, then we delete projects — keep your own backups.
How are mixes or masters delivered?
Via secure download link or to your cloud drive as stated in the quote. Large live multitracks: format agreed upfront.
How many mix revisions are included?
2 rounds per track. Extra rounds or new stems outside scope are priced upfront. Read mix revision rounds.
Do you edit podcasts after the session?
Rough edit can happen in the podcast session; deep edit is a separate job. Options in podcast edit options and podcast recording.
Rights and privacy
Who owns the recordings?
After full payment for the agreed service, recordings made for you are yours, as set out in our terms and conditions. The studio claims no rights in your repertoire.
Do you use my audio to train AI?
No. We do not use client material to train machine-learning models and we do not create voice clones without explicit written consent.
What happens to contact form data?
Processed by Olivevanta B.V. for quotes and contact; see privacy policy. Exercise rights via [email protected].
Can I credit the studio on my release?
Only after discussion. We do not list client names on the site without permission; you decide credits on your release.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in studio where available. Business clients: payment within 21 days on invoice after session or delivery.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes — incl. VAT column on Services. Example vocal hour: €98 incl., €80.99 excl. VAT rate 21 %.
Can I cancel free of charge?

What happens to the deposit when I reschedule?
More than 5 days ahead: move at no extra cost. Later moves follow the terms; if unsure email [email protected] before the deadline.

From 16, with an adult booking and paying. Younger performers are welcome on session with supervision.
